DS - 10 months, very wingy, not really eating much and farting constantly almost sweet smelling farts

Just wondering if anyone has seen this and can give me an idea of whats going on.

DS doesnt seem to have a temp, has a slightly running nappy (but two poos a day instead of 1), not eating much and farting constantly, they are really smelly but almost sweet smelling (in a totally disgusting way). Any advise?

teething?

I did wonder, but its so easy to put everything down to teething isn't it. he already has 8 teeth, so its really hard to see if any of the back ones are coming in!

my DS had the most revolting nappies when teething

he could be like this for a week or 2 and then another tooth would pop up

if your DS is ok with no temp or anything else, i would just keep an eye on him

Thanks, and I am doing, its just the really, really smelling constant farting, which he has not had before!

He did a shoulder to ankles poo a couple of hours later, so must have been building up to that for the last couple of days. Not sure where the strange smell of the farts came from though!
