What's this lump in lady garden area?

Not that it's much of a garden at the moment! I suffer from ingrown hairs so don't usually shave, just trim. Have taken up swimming again recently so a couple of months ago decided to have a go at home waxing - big mistake! got the wax everywhere and ended up jumping in the shower armed with my razor and shaving off all area that had the wax stuck to it (quite a bit - think half a landing strip if I'm lucky!!!)

So I've been getting some ingrown hairs but they are quite superficial so I've been keeping the area shaved and using exfoliating mit to keep them at bay. Couple of weeks ago, about halfway up the pubic area I noticed a small hard lump under the surface and thinking it was just a hair that would work it's way out I ignored it. Got out of the shower yesterday and noticed there was clear fluid coming from it so I started squeezing and some blood came out too. The lump is now about the size of a small grape underneath the surface but it doesn't feel round exactly, more like a small tube. It's tender and stings a little on the surface.

So anyone know what this is. Ingrown hair? Cyst? Boil? Gland?

I've had something similar.
Your GP can help, go to them.

maybe an ingrowing hair? am not medical, but i would be reassured by the liquid coming out, sounds more like a boil/.spot than anything nasty
