My skin is awful since having my daughter ... help

Previously had fab skin,

now i have the odd spot ( ) and it is sooo dry, alost flaky on my nose and cheeks.

Foundation looks awful.

Not found a moisuriser yet - any reccomendations?

I have sensitive skin though.

Oh, I feel your pain. Awful skin after DS's birth!!
Someone on here recommended Liz Earle products which have become a lifesaver!!!

Decleor is wonderful for this sort of problem and is totally natural oil based (no chemicals) They have different oils for different problems. Expensive but they do last. If it goes on it may be worh having a blood test to check hormone levels

Vaseline's good for dry skin. I put it on at night and it's working well. Also, I posted on the Teens threads as ds is having "spot-probs". One kind lady suggested juicing fruit at least once a day. He's been having fresh smoothies for a few days now and it's clearing up nicely
