I have had a bad back for a few weeks now I went to the drs 2 weeks ago and was given Ibruprofen and paracetomol....neither stopped the agony i was in. On Monday I took ds1 to school, pushing ds2's pram i suddenly struggled to walk. So i went back to gp to be told i have a slipped disc and the pain is terrible.

Any ideas on what i can take/use as the co dydramol are not working!

You do need to phone your GP and say you can't cope with the pain. They have a duty to make you as comfortable as they can TBH, and tell them you are struggling to look after your baby because of the pain.

Hope you get sorted and better soon..
