I have always been like this but some joints have got worse since having the dc.My pelvis and sacralilic (?)joint move out of place and crack .All other joints click when i move them.
The slightest movement of my shoulders will make them grind very loudly(think very old lady).sometimes during the night i become aware of a lot of pain in my shoulder and if i turn over it clunks and the pain goes.

Can you bend over and touch your toes without bending your knees?

MrsDoylesMole · 23/02/2009 23:52

Not a chance

Lol! It sounds like your ligaments are loose so you may benefit from seeing a physio. We do naturally make some noises though. It's possible you are slightly dislocating your shoulder (the pain and grinding sound), this needs a physio to sort out by giving you exercises.

I am falling apart lol.
Not sure that it is worth me having physio? as i have always been like this but just getting worse.Ah tis the oldness setting in.
Thanks Scrooge
