i dont want to go all the way to the chemist, as i dont think i'd make it . if anyone knows of one i can take then i can see if my mum can pick some up for me.

Looking in Hale, he says this (same names for different things) is ok, approved by AAP for breastfeeding mothers:

Loperamide (Imodium, Novo-Loperamide, Gastro-stop

This Might be ok, but not thoroughly reviewed:
Lomotil, Diphenoxylate, Tropergen
