I don't want to repeat previous threads etc, but I have had a horrendous year. I had hoped 2009 would have been the end to all my woes (Yeah!! Fat chance).

Anyway, a little while ago, I was sitting on the bed and my DD just came up to me, put her arms around me and gave me a HUGE cuddle and said, "Mummy cuddle!". Well, it was the BEST!! I realised how LUCKY I am to have a beautiful loving child and I need to STOP thinking about the negatives. I ALWAYS knew DD was a BLESSING (that is another thread), but earlier today I was feeling a bit low and (No, I wasn't crying)the actions of my little one just lifted my spirits. She gives the BEST CUDDLES!!!

I still have my health issues, but............

It really puts things into perspective when DC do things like that...
The other day, I was having a bad day and DD (4yrs) told me to close my eyes and take a deep breath. She then kissed me on the forehead and said "Now you're better!" And she was right... I was.
