just had an alarming circulated email from a friend (who tends to send scary warning emails) saying that Sheryl Crow got cancer from drinking from a plastic water bottle that was left in her car - along with other warnings about plastics and plastic wrappings being heated in microwaves...
is there any truth in this ?

any help?

And no doubt the vendors of bottled water were happy for the scare to be carried on a bit longer than necessary .

I always use www.snopes.com.

It's truly great at sorting the hoaxes from the real stuff - and they're nearly all hoaxes!

I sent the link on to my sender !
