Please advise me, i need to come off cerazette

DH has recently had the all clear from his snip, i need to come off the pill, but i am scared of how my body will react, can i just stop it without weaning off it? also i am a little concerned because after having no bleeding for a couple of years, i bled for a couple of weeks about 3 weeks ago, it stopped for a week, and have now got period pains again and have started bleeding again please can someone advise me?

Cerazzete is just like the implant, they give people cerazette to see if they are compatable for the implant. I had my implant out in the morning and had bled for the first time in 3 years by tea time.
I wouldn't ween myself of, it will confuse your body clock.
If you know when your last period, work out when it would be your next period is and I would wait to come of until then.

um, yes for the first two months, but I put that down to my body having a good clear out, which is technically the wrong assumption, because it doesn't need too .. but, thats how it felt! After that, it was back to pre cerazette and then implant periods.
