best cream for rash on chin

poor ds has a nasty looking rash on his chin - i think from his drooling. Put vaseline on and improves ovrenight - but gets worse as the day goes on. V. hot and sore looking - alhtough doesn't seem to bother him.

Aveeno (actually, this cream is good for everything!). I would avoid vaseline though...

My DD had this from drooling, she's still quite a dribbly toddler at 2.8. I took her to the doc and was told that these rashes are often fungal and the only way to get rid of it is to apply a fungicidal cream. The cream cleared it up within 10 days.

used that panthenol stuff and seems to helped a lot.

This is the best cream I've found to work on most skin problems - 'Magic Cream' made by Avent (the people who make the bottles)
