cold/ cough and breastfeeding

does anyone know if there is anything i can take for a cold/cough whilst breastfeeding. I think iv pulled a muscle from all the coughing, got a pain in chest.

You poor thing. I was told you can't take cough mixture. You could just try some honey and lemon.

You can take paracetomol though.

sorry don't know what you can take, should be fairly easy to check. i read something recently about any hot fruit juice helping with throat and coughing. sucking a sweet or lozenge will also stop coughing.
