For the last few weeks my sister said that every evening her body aches all over and sh eeven finds it hard climbing the stairs to bed.She said muscles and bones hurt. At first she thougth she was coming down with the flu but the next morning she felt fine. It comes on mainly at night but can come in the day?

What could it be?

She is fit and healthy and is breastfeeding her 9 montn old. I am not sure if maybe she not eating enough for the demands on her body and maybe she is lacking in certain vitamins. Could this be the case? Would that make you ache?

I have told her to go to her gp but any advice or experience would be appreciated.

Thank you
