three year old DD complaining her neck hurts and she is tired

DD a few weeks ago said her neck hurt, you could feel the knots in her neck, and she seemed okay after a while, but now, every evening, she is complaining that her neck hurts and can I take her to the doctor. I haven't as other than that, she seems okay, and I think she's just fixating on that.

But now she keeps telling me that she is tired. She keeps drifting off at dinner time, and in the mornings she is saying she is still tired. She sleeps from half seven / eight of an evening, to about seven in the morning. She can nap whenever she likes but has recently stopped napping as a new girl has started at the cm and she doesn't want to sleep as she wants to keep playing. But I wouldn't have thought a 20 min nap being missed would mean that she would be so tired.

Should I be taking her to the doctor, neither sound particularly serious to me, I'm just wondering if something is wrong with her or if this is all normal!

Could she have glandular fever....swollen glands in neck and other parts of body, can be found with a blood test, another is she may be slightly aneamic (my sis is 10 and very anaemic, always tired but on iron now so it's getting better)......just an idea

She had tonsillitis at Xmas and was really poorly, she ended up in hospital for a night, but she had seemed a lot better.

I will take her back to the docs... where no doubt she'll be as right as rain and bouncing from wall to wall!

I do think 20 mins nap can make a difference (imo)

It certainly does for me - 20/30 mins at about 1pm is worth about 1.5 hrs at 6pm or 2.5hrs at bedtime

I've tried making her nap, as has the cm, but she flat out refuses to do it during the week as she wants to play with her friend (bless her).
She hasn't napped over the weekends for a long time, she's just dropped the mon-fri nap.
