Help - 17 month old has blotchy rash on her tummy - what should I do?

She is fine in every other way. Put her to bed about an hour ago and noticed the rash. She sometimes gets a little rash here and there but not as big as this. Haven't tried the meningitis glass thing. Was thinking of waking her in an hour or so and seeing if it had spread? TIA

We took dd to the hospital at midnight under the same circumstances. They were VERY nice about it, said it was a viral rash, which seemed to mean that they had no idea. Went away alone. I'm not saying 'don't worry' though - have you done the tumbler test? I would err on the side of panicking, myself.
