So sorry, it's another toddler poo question...

My dd has had runny, pale yellow poo for a few days now. Three nights ago she was up every 2hours saying 'i need the toilet' and pooing urgently. It's not so frequent now but she still needs the odd urgent poo - which is diarrhoea-y (pale yellow and sloppy). She is well at other times but unhappy when needing the toilet. Can't think of anything diet-wise she has had different.

What could it be? Is it a GP one? Or just lots of fluid?

if no other symptoms (stomach cramps, vomiting, nausea) then lots of fluids and ride it out.

pale poo can mean they're not digesting fat well, so perhaps stay off rich / creamy things and/or too much dairy.

thanks - will watch her fat and dairy intake...
