dd3 has little cry, but looks a bit dazed.

Keep an eye on it, even though she fell onto her, she wasn't on her head for any length of time was she ??

misdee · 08/04/2005 14:08

a second if that.

apparently childrens' heads are very resilient and hardwearing but would keep an eye on it

LGJ · 08/04/2005 14:10

I wouldn't worry too much.

LGJ · 08/04/2005 14:10

In fact I wouldn't worry at all.

misdee · 08/04/2005 14:11

will do.dd2 was throwinmg a tantrums, fell over backwards and landed on dd3 head, who oke up, cried, dd2 hurt her legs on dd2 chair so was trying to calm them both down.

so treat this as normal head injury, any sickness or longer sl;eepy periods, gpo to a+e right?

Yes, but I would say that it was too brief to matter, the tears were probably from the shock of being woken up in no uncertain manner.

my nephew fell out of his carseat when he was 7 weeks old and was fine. The handle hadn't locked in place and he fell out
He was fine though, a bit shocked but fine.

Hope all is calm in your house again!

i wouldnt appriecate dd2 big bottom landing on me lol. she is pretty hefty tho. fortunatly the seat rocks a bit, so the blow was a bit cushioned.

DS2 head butted ds3 whne he was about 2-3 weeks old.

Ds1+2 were fighting over something, pulling in opposite directions, Ds1 let go and DS2 went flying and head butted Ds3 who was lying on the sofa.

Really hard too, both of them had marks on thier head.

DS3 cried for a while too.

I didn't worry too much about the sleepy thing as he was so tiny it was hard, if not impossible to tell what was normal and what wasn't.

I'm sure she'll be fine.

not a bad mum, just human. I always laugh at my kids. After I make sure they are ok first of course!

SkiBunnyFlummy · 08/04/2005 14:27

don't tell anyone, if dd3 is a bit slow at school just say is due to heredity or something. otherwise dd2 will have to got to borstal for negligence, and you to prison probably.

Blossomhill · 08/04/2005 14:28

?????????

misdee · 10/04/2005 15:37

dd3 was fine. dd2 is a right monkey, needs eyes everywhere for her!
