Women's Clinic Epsom, Surrey area

Spurred on by Jade Goody's plight, I want to book a very long overdue smear test but, being a head in the sand person, I 'lost' all the info that I've been sent about local clinics. I've googled but can't see any and wondered if anyone knew of one off the top of their head. I've got a bee in my bonnet about getting it booked asap but I'm at work and can't even dig around for the list.

I'd rather not go to my GP but will if I have to.

Try NHS direct - they might be able to give you details of a local Wellwoman clinic. If not I'm sure you could get it done at your GP's - maybe one of the Practice Nurses?

I went for one last week in Cox lane clinic 020 8397 2160, just off Ruxley lane in West Ewell. It's drop in on a friday morning from 9.30 till 11.30 (I think). Otherwise Bourne Hall Health Centre 020 83941301 is on a Thurs am 9.30 - 11.30 or Mon eve (from 6.45 to 8.30pm). Other place is Epsom Clinic 01372 741973 Tues eve, sme times as Bourne Hall or Thurs Daytime 9.30 - 11.30 or 1.30 - 3.15.

I have date the names of other places but these are the ones for Epsom and Ewell. The clinics are weird times and the nurses shuttle back and forwards, they are often busy and booked up in advance so the drop in one is very useful. I have been trying to get an IUI fitted for 5 months but due to it needing to be fitted during my irregular periods it has been nigh on impossible to get it done!

That's ok, my list was still in my handbag, it's prompted me to get it out now. I think I'll file it though rather than binning it which was my intention!

They have a nurse at Fitznells Manor in Ewell or at Old Cottage Hospital in Epsom which is where I have booked mine. It is my GP surgery too though.

Those clinics and timings are good to know Hairy, want to get a coil fitted but found my GP utterly useless!
