acute frozen shoulder and 30 weeks pregnant

Somebody please tell me how to treat this, i am in so much pain.

I have paracetamol and codeine and not being much help...

Not sure what you can take medically, try ringing your gp. Try a heat pad or electric blanket for temporary relief. Also see if you can see a massage therapist or physio. Not had a frozen shoulder but had lots of other problems so know a bit of how it feels. Good luck.
