My husbabnd and I had been thinking about this...as I am pg with no2 and this will be our last....however, I was told by a friend that it is very painful for men to have sex afterwards as there is no sperm/semen produced and so it stays inside...so is like a constant feeling of not being able to orgasm.....excuse me being so graphic here, but does anyone have any info is this is true? I can't quite believe that men would go through having it done if this were the case....???
