Chiropracter/osteo/physio recommendation for SPD, London? At wits' end.

Do you know of a good practitioner in London (ideally SE but I'm in no position to be fussy)? I think I've done more harm than good with an inexpert osteopath. I am close to cracking up - housebound and can't even pick my baby up.

Not for SPD (obviously) but DH used the Joy Walter Clinic for physiotherapy at the specific recommendation of his orthopaedic surgeon and they were extremely good.

Would highly recommend this practice. Ask for Jon A'Brook or Claire (don't know her surname).

Alternatively, have you tried the Osteopathic Centre for Children? It is a charity, so you only pay what you can afford.

How's it going?

Not great, but thank you for asking. Am making progress but it's so horribly slow. I'm sure I'll feel better once I've found a good practitioner, but at the moment am confined to ones who'll do home visits.
