I can't be and I'd really rather not be tbh.

I have regular heavy painful periods. Every 28 days almost to the minute.

But.....

I have been feeling sicky-but-starving for the last 6 weeks.

I am needing to wee more often than usual (this is a lot, believe me )

I am dreaming vivid dreams about being pregnant nearly every night.

I have heartburn.

I am sat here with a feeling very like a baby kicking.

I am going to test tomorrow - I just can't see how I could be as my periods are so heavy and painful, and I only finished one a week ago anyway. I was half expecting it to be late and then to test but nope, bang on time.

What else could any or all of this be?

dunno but I'm waiting for you to test

Jacksmama · 07/01/2009 21:57

could you just pee on a stick now?

because pretty soon there are going to be a bunch of people who are sat at their comps waiting...

Jacksmama · 07/01/2009 21:58

come on, pretty pleeeeeeaaaaaase!!!!

how would you feel knowing that you are distracting a whole bunch of people from work tomorrow until you finally test and let us know?????
productivity across the world will slow down...

go on, just do it!

Oh I get the phantom kick feelings too and I am sure it is just trapped wind which I obviously would have had before having a baby just didn't realise it felt so similar!

Heartburn is normally later on in pregnancy isn't it?

Can't explain sicky but starving!

When are you testing?

notfunny · 07/01/2009 22:02

I don't have a stick!

I don't do pregnancy scares!

I think it is my head playing tricks as its the time of year I was pregnant before iyswim? So the whole Xmas/NY thing reminds me and provokes psychosomatic symptoms.

oh
for you

[hopeful emoticon]
could you go get a stick?

TheLadyEvenstar · 07/01/2009 22:04

Oh Come on do a test!!!

When i was pg with ds1 i did not know until i was almost 5m gone, had periods, no sickness, no weight gain etc BUT I was testing every other week as I had a feeling I was pg. Every test said i was not pg even when the dr did them...turns out it was something to do with hormone inbalance???

When i was pg with ds2 i knew straight away..

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 07/01/2009 22:04

You could have a bad uti, they can cause most of what youve described. Go see your GP.

notfunny · 07/01/2009 22:05

Ha!

No chance - child sleeping upstairs, in on my own.

Will be getting a stick tomorrow though as this is, well, not funny.
