No matter how many layers I put on her she is still blue. Is it circulation should i take her to the Doctor?

I would give them a call and see what they say. Is she moving around and behaving normall or is she getting a bit spaced out?

Have you been out today or has she woken up like this which would definitely be more worrying.

Is her breathing ok?

it's after being out - she is behaving as normal this happens a lot but is particularly bad with this cold snap

Have you got a thermometer to take her temperature? There is a difference between feeling cold and being cold.

If this happens a lot I would go to the doctors because there may be a problem. If you are worried about how to warm her up now talk to the doctor on the phone for advice.
