I could fall asleep now.
went to bed at 9pm last night, up at 8, a really good night sleep, but over the last month i have felt exhausted all of the time. Wanting to fall asleep all times of the day.
By 8pm i am knackered.

What is your diet like? Are you eating a diet based around carbohydrates - sugar, bread, pasta, rice? How much fresh fruit/veg do you eat?

And how much water are you drinking?

notnowbernard · 05/01/2009 14:08

Sorry, Deany, if that was an insensitive comment

Are you drinking enough water?

Are you feeling low in yourself?

twentyoneagain · 05/01/2009 19:19

There are so many things that could cause tiredness like this. Best to see your GP and get checked out.

A friend of mine felt like this and after tests discovered her body couldn't absorb Vitamin B. She now has to have injections of this vitamin but feels great again.

Have you recently had a virus? There are so many around at the moment and some can really make you feel exhausted.

Goober · 05/01/2009 19:24

Are you deppressed?

Have you had a routine blood test lately?
I was the same before finding out I have under-active thyroid.

Could be any number of things.

Go see your GP and report back.
