Feeling faintly nauseous - what could I take for it?

Had a vague sicky feeling for a couple of weeks now, seems worse when I'm hungry but at the same time makes me not want to eat. V v annoying. No other symptoms at all, no stomach ache/diarrhoea/nothing.

Is there anything that would help - travel sickness stuff maybe?

And before everyone says Are You Pregnant (), I had a perfectly normal (ie heavy and painful) period 3 weeks ago, on time, and I am careful with contraception.

Motilium - available over the counter from Boots etc. Works a treat

Eat small snacks (cracker, bread and butter, nuts etc) every 2-3 hours, whether you feel like it or not. See if that helps. I get this sometimes when v tired, or pre menstrual, I think it may be a slight dip in blood sugar levels? (but am not a doctor!)

You need to eat. It's a cycle, the hunger makes you feel sick so you don't eat. I get like this. Try some toast.

you can also take anti histamines for nausea (not if you are pregnant though) but I suggest you eat. Three meals a day and snacks. This should do the trick. Seriously.

Ginger is very good for nausea - crystalized ginger (delicious ) or make a tea from grated fresh ginger. Also v warming.

I find something salty helps. Crackers, crisps, whatever.

When I have had labyrinthitus I have had bad nausea and smelling a lemon can help, someone on here told me it and I was sceptical but desperate, it did help me though!
