Passing Chicken Pox on to a premature baby

Hi - hoping someone can help. I had a premature baby, he was 7 weeks early and only weighed 3 lbs, he's been out of hospital 8 weeks now and is doing well, weighing over 7lbs. One of our friends we were due to see over Xmas has come into contact with a child who has chicken pox (she is a nanny) and we are now unsure whether she should see our baby? My friend has already had Chicken Pox, but could she pass the virus on somehow? My baby is being exclusively breast fed, would this make a difference? Would I be passing on my immunity, as I had Chicken Pox when I was younger. What would you do? Thanks
