Has anyone ever had PAPP-A bloods done at 11 weeks pg., is it even done in the UK?

I've just had a bad result from bloods taken with this pg. @ 11 weeks, which are mostly to help define DS risk, but also indicate other potential problems.

Thing is, I always come to MN for a sane response, but in searching can find absolutely nothing about it.

so, is it just Oz and USA etc...? Anyone?
