Does this sound like i have some sort of virus?

Awake shivering all night with stomach feeling like it had bricks in it.Then temp all morning and feeling sick and very lethargic.
Also have developed a slight wheez.

There seems to be lots of this going around. I have the shivering, lethargy, awful aching muscles and the wheezing. Had it for a week now.
