please tell me about your pre AF symptoms!

I have recently come off the Pill and having not really had periods since i was in my late teens, due to being on the Pill, pg and bf, I am a little unsure as to whether my symptoms are pre AF or something else. We are ttc conceive but got a BFN today.
PLease tell me how you feel in the few days before AF arrives. thanks!

My pre-AF symptoms are:

1. Tender/sore/engorged breasts on and off for 5 days pre-AF

1. Odd tummy twinges around 4 days pre-AF, not particularly painful

1. Cramps (pretty painful) ~ 18hrs before full-flow, ongoing until 2 days into proper AF

1. Spotting 2-3 days pre-AF (brown, on and off)

1. Irritable for 48hrs pre AF!

Unfortunately my early pregnancy symtoms are almost the same! Only way I've known is simply because AF didn't appear and I started to get really tired...

Have to agree with jumpingJellyfish ...annoyingly I even feel very sick, this in turn seems to upset my body and I'm usually 'late'! Godd luck!!!!

ridiculously moody is my only regular symptom

hmm, these symptoms are a bit like what i'm feeling, but not moody( well,no more than usual !). BOobs hurt like hell, feel sick ( gagging when brushing teeth tye of thing), eating like a horse, a few twngy cramps. if this is what I'll be like every time i get an AF, i'm dreading it.

brown spotting 1-2 days before

"loose" bowels day before and 1st couple of days

cramps start approx 6 hrs before flow
