Strange and not serious but wondering why.....Keep getting a hot patch on one part of one foot!!

Its the instep/inside of ankle area on my right foot. Been happeneing since last night.

Lasts a second or two. Every now amd again.

I have the same socks on ech feet.

Any ideas!
