premenstrual night sweats

Does anyone else get these? Its only started over last year or so. I'm 38 with 19mo dd. Periods v v light since dd too.

oh I have been suffering dreadfully with these for the past couple of years, am also 38, with twins 5 today, periods initially lighter post DTs but now more and more painful, am thinking of seeing GP about it tbh

I get these, have been for about 3-4 years now. I'm 39.

I've also noticed increasing PMT and breasts like rocks for up to 10 days before AF.

I have been taking Agnus Castus for a few months now and it does seem to have made things a bit better.

I get it as well, it is so annoying often wakes me up around 5am and it is only around my lower back for some reason.

Thinking of seeing gp too. Am ttc and its not happening so worrying about my hormones/age. Frayedknot did the Agnus Cactus help with the sweating? I'm totally running in it all over my body for about 5 days prior to af. Ugh!

I think it has helped, 2mc, but not taken the various PMS issues away altogether.

I always seem to have session of nightsweats before my period and then another on the last day? My boobs get massive and really sore before also. I'm 33.
