Had ds2 3.5 weeks ago. I have a stinking cold and obv not alot of sleep. very tired and struggling to eat/drink as both my ds are ill aswell so not alot of time for me. Anyway my body is obv suffering. In the new year im going to start going to gym to excercise which i know is good for you but what can i do about my skin and body? Skin very spotty, dull and dry. hair looks awful too although going hairdressers today yippe!

I only drink water, am vege and im taking mukti vits and berocca every day. What can i do? I know my diet isnt contributing to my skin etc but dont really know where to start and what can i eat when i can only grab something as apposed to cook/prepare? Trying to eat fruit but again (stupid i know) time is a bit of an issue.

Any tips id really appreciate it x

Couldn't read and not post.

Can I just remind you....you had a baby 3 weeks ago!

The first 6 weeks are just something you have to get through...then you can start worrying about everything else.

Sit down and eat cake!!

Sorry this is not very helpful.

Would honestly suggest just going with it until the New Year.

Then you can start healthy eating, exercise, beauty regime whatever.
