Any DR's out there......dh pain in tummy, showing blood/protein in water

Dh has just finishes Amoxicylin tablets for eye infection today at 5pm, he has been doubled over with tummy pain for about 1 hour (said feels like he has been kicked in the gonads),
friens is a nurse and said could be water infection (he does suffer with these and has a kidney stone) tested his water and blood and protein in it at the highest reading.

Could it show the reading because he has just today finished antibiotic, not sure. or does he have an UTI.

He is sat on the sofa with a warmy bottle on his tummy.

Any help please.

I'm no expert, but sounds like a UTI. Antibiotics shouldn't show protein in urine, surely??

And the pain sounds very much like a UTI.

I'd send him to the out of hours/A&E, sorry. hope he's better soon.
