Hi all I have a rather awful problem that I think must be hormonal but so far all doctors I have seen have been pretty useless in helping me.
My ladybits are so sore its all I can think about all day long.
It started about 8 weeks post natal and it is now 7 months and still going on.
I have tried two bc pills but they just made it worse. I have just put some olive oil on my bits and that seemed to sooth it for a while so it must be a dryness issue even though there is moisture there (sorry TMI)
It is worse after my period lasts for about two weeks then gets better for two.
Am not breastfeeding so not that. I have an underactive thyroid now but that is under control with only 25mg levothyroxine. So it was only slighty under.
Anyone have any answers? I really cant go on like this.
.

oooo sounds horrible, i dont really have many useful suggestions, but how about a barrier cream? vaseline maybe? i think your doctor should be trying to get to the bottom of this though rather than leaving you to suffer

Am going back tomorrow to see about testing my hormones again. Because this just sucks. My life has been utter torture for the past 5 months. I pine for the days when I didn't think about my bits all day long.

I wonder do most people go on to hormonal contraception after a baby so they don't get this?
I did with my first and didn't get it then. But then I didn't push a baby out of my bits first time round either.
Maybe I should try another pill for a while?
