Every month just before my period I get a terrible headache!

This is a recent thing - slightly worried about it. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?

I often get migraine around the time of my period. This began about 10 years ago and has fluctuated. Sometimes severe with sickness and just have to sleep and others can be caught in time and go away with 2 nurofen. That is the trick to catch it quickly.
But maybe should mention it to GP to check.
