I have had this absolutely wipe out head cold, sorethroat, constant nasty high temp thing since friday

am feeling alot better today but head still full of gunk and I still need paracetemol to stop my temp rising and me shivering violently and feeling utter crap

BUT the thing is, when I am blowing my nose it has bloody streaks in it, has done since tuesday

Is there anything I should do
I have been trying not to blow unless I have too (serious amount of gunk constantly needing out)

and blowing gently

but should I be worried
or is it just 'nasty cold, lots of nose blowing' trauma you would expect to happen to the delicat nasal membrane?

Probably nothing to worry about but just wanted to say nurofen is more efficient for lowering your temperature than paracetemol.

Hope you feel better soon

it may be a sinus infection, i get blood quite alot when i blow, but i had sinusitus once and i'd wake up every morning with black ming stuck in my throat etc

Sounds like sinusitis to me, maybe see the gp and get him/her to prescribe some antibiotics?
