For the past couple of weeks I have started getting headaches they do not last long and are not too severe.
I also get pain in one side of my face and my head hurts more when i look down or tip my head back it hurts if I shout aswell [sob].

Blocked sinuses?

Sounds like infected sinuses to me. Have you had a cold recently?

If it has been longer than a fortnight or so you may need antibiotics to clear the infection.

Thanks ,not a cold just general run down feeling but I am PG too so it may be that making me feel run down.

It does hurt a lot when I bend down or sniff too , Random sore throat aswell but only first thing and at night .
I am just an oddball who is going to have to go to the gp .

Sounds like sinus pain to me.

Although, I also get a headache very similar to the one you describe during periods when I'm stressed, especially if I'm grinding my teeth a lot... which I usually am.

I've just had sinitis and had very similar symptoms. Think antibiotics might be the only cure.
