Bit of a delicate problem - lots of TMI....

am a regular but name changed for obvious reasons.

the other night dh and i were fooling around and his finger hurt me. anyway, yesterday i noticed a huge spot on the inside of my labia. its massive and v sore wit a big white head.

ive not been unfaithful, and im pretty sure dh hasnt, but number 1 - where can it have come from?
and number two - what do i do about it?

Its a blocked pore kind of thing - I get them and they blardy hurt, but are nothing more serious than a big zit. You have to leave them to sort themselves out, or go to the GP and get them to lance it if you can't bear it anymore.

i get boils down there when i'm stressed and worn out. could be that?
sorry to say it but you know what you have to do...

can i not pop it myself with a sterile needle?

damn it, i'll have to get it checked out wont i? i hate getting my undercrackers off at the docs!

why not try something warm to encourage it to pop.

Like most pimples, it will normally pass on its own, and it's probably just one of those things, no real reason for it. Is the pimple hurting if you don't poke it?

(Genital warts, which are the only bumps I think people get from infidelity, don't hurt at all. Just so you know.)

It sounds like a bartholin cyst. I have had it a few times and it can be very painful. You may need antibiotics. It's also very common and nothing to get worried about. HTH

I get these when stressed or tired i get them everywhere not just 'down there' it soungs gross but if you get into a hot bath they sometimes discharge themselves like normal spots, thats what my dr said when i had a particuarly painfull one.

However, as I stretched the skin to get a better look (come on, it's not the easiest place to get a close look at!) the spot popped quite spectacularly!

Cleared up on its own.

Also had a Bartholin's cyst thingy - agony, and had a few antibiotics which did the job.

As others hve said I often have these when I am stressed. Sometimes on my bum cheeks too near 'there'. They can be a bit sore but if you just leave them to go on their own they usualy do. A warm bath or compress should help. I sometimes put a dab of Sudocrem on them too. Hope that helps.
