I have never suffered particularly from PMT, but since having dd's (2 and half years ago) I have it really bad. For almost a week before I feel as though I have flu, headaches, stomach cramps, shivery. I am an oversensitive, tetchy nightmare to be around, i feel down, cry at the drop of a hat, lose my patience really quickly, and generally hate myself and pity anyone who has to be around me. After my period I have chronic headaches for about a week (I was prescribed Cohydramol for these, which works, but i hate taking them).

Has anyone got any advice or any tips about stuff that works for them? Chemical, Alternative, or just bloody miraculous would be great!

Magnesium supplements worked wonders for me - I am seldom a she-witch from hell these days . Magnesium did more than Evening Primrose etc, although others swear by that.
