Weak pelvic muscles worse after a poo (sorry)

Bladder control is usually good until mid day - which I worked out the other day - was when I usually have a poo. After then - I leak pee for most of the afternoon!
Is it linked to having a poo?
Should I buy one of those contraptions for strengthening p. muscles - or should I go to the doctor?

go to the docs anyway, as they can refer you to physio/gynae to help with pelvic floor problems.

A physio can normally help in just 6-8 sessions
