DD has a lovely clear chest - not a sign of a chest infection & her asthma seems under control; me on the other hand??

DD had a chest infection a couple of weeks ago - she doubled her preventer & took her ventolin 4 times a day, got ab from the dr & was checked today & is fine

I, on the other hand, do not have asthma and have been ill with a chest infection for 9 weeks 3 lots of AB plus a week of ab for cystitus.
Now I'm ill again & dreading seeing the GP as last night I started to cough up blood. Everything was clear though no green or yellow so I don't think I have another bout of chest infection

No idea why I am posting except I feel miserable

OMG Katy - what did Dr say ?

[concerned]

Well, I went to bed, sweated all night, coughed all night fell asleep about 5 am & woke up just after 7

& I felt SO much better - like a different person

I can't believe it, my mother can't believe it

I have an appetite, I can move easily, my chest/ribs ache a bit - but when you consider coughing for 9 weeks I am so lucky they aren't worse

I really can't believe the change

(Thank you for caring)

I like getting 'lost' in planning and prep sometimes

That's a bit sad innit?

KatyMac · 28/11/2008 18:42

Yeah

I have my SEF, I have the paperwork for accreditation & I have my OU

I really can't wait....I may even do some tonight

I will be careful though - I don't want to have a relapse
