Feeling dizzy - what is the best thing to do?

I am feeling crap - AGAIN. I feel ill easily once a month, sometimes more frequently. Usually, it is complete exhaustion and a headache, but today add to those symptoms dizziness. If I shut my eyes (which I want to do as I feel so tired) I cannot maintain my balance or work out which way up I am iyswim.

Any advice on what I should do? I want to lie down with a video, but I am not sure watching tv is a good idea for my head. I have tried going for a walk and I am currently eating.

Oh and btw, I have been to the doctors and had bloods done etc - all normal and I was told this was a "woman's lot"

I get this too. Dizzyness, nausea, headache. It seems to be worst when I am stressed about something.

Lie down in a dark room for a while if you can and a walk in the fresh air does me good too.

My doc did suggest yoga for some relaxation exercises as it is often the neck that is stiff and that is what causes the dizzyness and headaches. I have not tried that yet.

i was told to drink plenty of fuids...apparently dehydration makes you dizzy..and lowers blood pressure which makes you feel fuzyheaded etc

Thanks. I do not normally feel dizzy although I have sometimes felt light headed through hunger. I have eaten now and still feel dizzy - worse if anything, though no nausea, thank God, and the headache seems to be going with the paracetamol I took.

I am off to crawl upstairs to lie down for a while. Will take a drink with me although I don't think I am dehydrated.

Feeling rather scared that this feeling won't go in time for picking up the children.
