Blood in ds's nappy. What could be wrong?

has it been in just one nappy Rickman?
I had this with ds1 and took him to the doctors, but as it didn't happen again we didn't do any I don't think.
Have you kept the nappy to show to the doctor?

Blood in the nappy is always scary, but fresh blood is a much much less scary thing than old - it's probably just a tiny bit of damage to the rectum/anus, from poo. Someone else on here had this a little while ago - irishbird? I'll have a look.

(Obviously, you need to get it checked out.)
