I have a red spot under my arm

Its been there a while, its small red and sore. Showed dh it a couple of weeks ago and he said its a just a spot. Its still there, anything to worry about?

Could be a blocked hair follicle - I used to get them quite often a few years back but I can't for the life of me remember what treatment I had. Possibly anti-biotics for the particularly stubborn ones.

If it's been there for that long I'd pop to the doctors and get it checked though.
