Nasty D&V bug in the house. I'm PG, how bad is it if get it?

'tis almost inevitable that I'll get it too. Is it potentially damaging to the baby (12 weeks gestation)?

I had a vomitting bug at 7 weeks. doctor was uninterested so i guess it's ok. just make sure you drink LOADS. you need to keep hydrated.
