Aaaahhhhh! They had chicken for lunch, and I was trying to do too many things at once and cut cucumber up on the same chopping board as the raw chicken!
I'm hoping the chances of them becoming ill are low, but even so, is there anything I can do to reduce the chances?

btw when I said they had chicken for lunch, I obviously meant cooked chicken, just incase you thought I was completely mad

It'll probably be fine. The only thing I can think is live yogurt for pud to compete with anything nasty.

ooh, good idea, am on it!

Cut up cucumber on same board? Is that all???

God, I do that all the time. Am obviously complete slattern....

That's made me feel much better, thanks georgimama. I'm clearly completely neurotic!

Minky, you're not neurotic re using separate chopping boards (though you may be re panicking about it this time )

georgimama, please tell me you wash the board in between...

if you don;t, please start!
