warts of the fanjo variety

I suspect I have genital warts. Have 2 on outer lips, and about 5 near bum hole.

Never had them before, however had a new sexual partner a few months ago and found out hes probably shagged half of the uk. We used condoms though.

It ended in July and this is the first Ive had these, just in last week or so. It coinsides with me having a bad fluy type thing and not sleeping very well.

Can I get something in the shops? Or do I HAVE to go to a gp/sti clinic? Have tried google and it told me all about HIV because they came up out of no where, so Im not googling anymore. [scared]

Go to the STI clinic or GP. I believe there are links to cervical cancer if left untreated and I think its a relatively simple procedure to get rid.

Sounds like warts. Condoms only cover the penis and the wart virus can be shed from anywhere. Its worth remembering that the starins of HPV or wart virus that cause the visible warts are NOT the same strains as cause cervical abnormalities.

I would go to a clinic for a full check to rule out any other infections. They may or may not treat the warts, they will eventually go on their own.
