Visit to the Colposcopy clinic while 11 weeks pregnant

My last smear was fine but I've had 2 colposcopys previously and noticed I had some discharge and bleeding after sex and mentioned it to the nurse. So they want to see me at the clinic.

The appt is next week. They know I'm pregnant.

Can anyone tell me what they are likely to do and is there any risk to the baby?

Yeah, I suppose I probably should. Dont think they will do much exploratory work but it's better to be forewarned.
