cervical biopsy: could this make my period late/absent?

hi,
had cervical biopsy 3 weeks ago and bled for a week afterwards. my period was due a few days ago and hasn't come,although i have sore breasts. am really sure im not pregnant cos i haven't had unprotected sex and have done 2 pregnancy tests which are negative! i have a job interview tomorrow too, and really wanted to come on before so i wasn't having that as a worry too.
could the cervical biopsy have done something to make my period late? or altered my cycle?

Stress can make periods late, so the biopsy plus job interview together may have caused enough stress - don't know any more, but bumping for you.

am hoping its stress!

guess what?had job interview, got period just before! hurrah!
now i just need to be offered the job..!
