Can stress flares up thursh??

as i had thrush years ago for 4 yrs possibly cos of a job i hated...tried everything and couldnt get rid of it till i got pg with dd1 in 2003....i havent had thrush till i was 7 mths with dd2 this year in july 08...ive had thrush since and im on my 2nd lot of internal and external cansten cream prescribed from the docs.

i am under a lot of stress atm and im sleeping very heavy

yes it can IME, have suffered with thrush since 16 now 28, went to a special clinic and seen a specialist in it, apparently he told me that thrush is much like a cold comes in different strenghts.

I know have to use a mixture of things, oral tablets do not work for me so i use canasten hydroquatrezone, and normal thrush cream.

You know with nits how each time you have to use a diffent brand, well the same goes with thrush for me, so i will use canesten HQ then next time i get thrush use the normal one. HTH

I find the oral tablets more effective than the pessaries etc. You can get generic ones cheaply at Asda & Sainsburys pharmacies. hth xx

ill give the cream one more go and if nothing then ill ask for the tabs.
