Adult spots and dry skin

Does anyone have and idea how to treat this?

I think my spots must be hormonal. I've tried lots of different types of contraception and have an implant at present but have had spots on all of them. The problem is if i use spot treatment creams my already dry skin gets really flakey.

I feel really petty about going to the doctor about some spots. Is anyone familiar with this?

Sorry can only say I started a thread ref huge spots on chin at the weekend. Had some useful advise but have made an appointment to see my GP this week.

Can't offer a solution, but can certainly empathise. My spots are hormonal too - definitely worse now than when I was taking the pill, but I'm not going down that route again. The doctor will probably offer you something to improve things, but it depends on whether you want to take anything like that. Good luck.
